Awardo is a grant discovery and application platform operated by Awardo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our platform helps charities, community interest companies, and other eligible organisations find and apply for funding opportunities across the United Kingdom.
By accessing or using Awardo (awardo.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Awardo to search for grants, save grant opportunities, and create application proposals. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your organisation when creating an account
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts
- Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
- Not misrepresent your organisation's eligibility for any grant
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of Awardo, you must create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscription Plans
Awardo offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Organisation). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Grant Information
The grant information displayed on Awardo is sourced from publicly available databases and funder websites. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any grant listed on our platform.
Always verify grant details and eligibility directly with the funder before submitting an application. Awardo is not responsible for unsuccessful grant applications.
6. AI-Generated Content
Awardo uses artificial intelligence to generate draft application answers and grant summaries. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before submitting it to a funder. Awardo does not guarantee the suitability or success of AI-generated application answers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and technology on the Awardo platform is owned by Awardo Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Content you create using Awardo (such as application answers) remains your property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Awardo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awardo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including unsuccessful grant applications or loss of data.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
